So, is this true or false? Can a grown up read your mind?? 

The answer is… FALSE! 

Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and give your tongue a brush too. 

It’s important to communicate how you're feeling, because your grown ups can't read minds! Your grown up doesn’t know right away if you’re feeling tired, or sick, or super glad to be spending time with them! (Hurray!) Whether you want to do something or feel like you need a hug, verbally communicating how you feel is a great way to make sure your grownup knows what you want or need! (I’m Hungry!)

Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth, and spit if you need to.

It’s a Fact that Cookies are delicious.

So, is this true or false? Is it a fact that cookies are delicious?

The answer is…FALSE! (WHAATT)

You might think that cookies are delicious, but that doesn’t make it a fact. Cookies being delicious is your opinion. I’ll tell you more about facts and opinions after you switch your brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and don’t forget your front teeth! 

An opinion is what someone thinks or feels. Like, it’s my opinion that brussels sprouts are THE BEST vegetable. But just because that’s what I THINK, that doesn't mean it’s a fact. A fact is something that is known or proved to be true. Like, it’s a FACT that Brussels sprouts are vegetables, but which vegetable is BEST is up to you, it’s your opinion.
