>> Rachel: Welcome back! It’s time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show!
Tonight we have another SONG for you. But remember! It’s important for you to listen for the bells, that tells you to switch sides!
Start on the top of your mouth, and make circles with your brush! Make sure to brush all around each tooth.

>> Rachel: You hear ALL THE TIME from grownups that you have to wash your hands. But why? It’s because when you ride the school bus, play on the play on the playground, and go to the bathroom, you could be touching BACTERIA. Bacteria are tiny creatures that you can’t see … but bad bacteria -- called PATHOGENS -- can make you sick.
Washing your hands is how you beat bad bacteria. But in case you forget, here’s a little song to help you remember.
First though switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth. And make sure to make those brushing circles on the inside, outside and chewing side of EACH TOOTH!
Wash your hands
Wash your hands
Before you eat
And after you pee
Wash your hands
Wash your hands
Tell bad bacteria
It don’t stand a chance
Before you eat
After you pee
Tell those pathogens
“Get off of me creep!”
Wash your hands
Wash your hands
And it
Goes without saying
Wash ‘em
After you poop!
Wash your hands
Wash your hands
Before you eat
And after you pee
And guess what! Brushing your teeth ALSO helps fight bad bacteria! You’re all done -- but don’t forget to
