>> Rachel: Welcome back to Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show!

Did you figure out the answer to our riddle from this morning?

I’ll remind you what it was in a second, but first get your toothbrush in your mouth and start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side. Three two one brush!

Ok here’s our riddle from this morning again.

Howler, green or golden,

Baboon and macaque

Gibbon, spider, marmoset

Capuchin and silver back

These are all the same kind of animal - but what kind of animal are they?

(SFX: TICK-TOCK)

Keep brushing! Do you have an answer?

>> KIDS: Monkeys!

>> Rachel: It’s monkeys. Here’s what monkeys sound like in real life:

(SFX: Gibbon monkeys in jungle)

(SWITCH SOUND)

Let’s switch brushing to the other side of the top of your teeth. Make sure to brush your whole tooth, but don’t scrub too hard!

OK, here’s another riddle:

If you see it in the woods

It might give you a fright

They can be red, black or panda

And polars are all white

What animal are we talking about?

(SFX: TICK TOCK)

>> KIDS: Bears!

>> Rachel: Bears! Here’s the thing about Panda bears: pandas don’t roar like other bears do -- they sound more like a goat!

[SFX: goat bahhh]

[SWITCH SFX]

Okay- brush the bottom of your teeth -- and make sure to reach all the way to the back of your mouth!

Here’s a new riddle!

On the ice in my tuxedo

I waddle to and fro

My wings don’t fly

so instead I slide along in snow

What am I?

(TICK-TOCK)

>> KIDS: PENGUINS!

>> Rachel: It’s penguins. Penguins are a bird, mut they don’t fly like other birds do. They have flippers instead of wings, to help them swim!

SFX:  (SPLASH)

(SWITCH SOUND)

Last part of your mouth. Switch your brushing to the your bottom chompers, pick a side, and do a good job on it! Make sure to get all the way back to those molar teeth.

Penguins need to be able to swim, because they spend half their time in the sea.  The largest penguins are Emperor Penguins! They can grow to be over four feet tall! That’s taller than some PEOPLE!

Alright! That’s it for Chompers! Come back tomorrow for a STORY! About a snake who gets very. Very. VERY! Lost! Sweet dreams, but first don’t forget to

>>Kids: 3,2,1, spit!
