>> Rachel: Welcome back Martians!

>> Jasmine: Huh you must be mistaken, we’re on earth. So you’re talking to earthlings.

>> Rachel: Oh yeah my bad. Sorry. Well, you’re just in time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show.

Start brushing on the top of your mouth. Pick a side, and brush all the way to the molars in the way back

>> Kids: 3, 2, 1 brush!

>> Rachel: SO it’s Earth Week. And tonight we have more true or false for you. I'll say something, and if you think it's true, thumbs up. For false, thumbs down.

Here's your first one:

Everyone has access to clean drinking water.

So what do you think? Does everyone have access to clean drinking water?

Find out after you switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and brush your molars in the way back too.

[Switch Bell]

The answer is…. FALSE!

Not everyone has clean and safe water to use and drink freely. There are lots of reasons people might not have clean drinking water, but one of them is drought. Drought means that there is not enough water for everyone to use as much as they want. So people have to save water - or use less water -  in their everyday lives.

We can all help by saving water. Switch to the bottom of your mouth, and don’t keep the water running while you brush!

[Switch Bell]

Here's another true or false:

You can make oil out of palm trees.

So is that true or false? Can you make oil out of palm trees?

The answer is… TRUE!

The oil that comes from palm tree is called palm oil -- and it’s almost everywhere. But here’s the bad news -- to make palm oil, people cut down rainforests so that they can use the land to grow palm trees instead.

Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and don’t forget those front teeth.

[Switch Bell]

The  animals that used to live in these rainforests -  like orangutans, elephants and gorillas - are now endangered.

Remember, an entire community of living things is hurt when you destroy an ecosystem.

So to help protect the rainforest, ask your grown up to check for palm oil when you buy things -- the less palm oil we buy, the less rainforest will have to be cut down to produce more palm trees.

That’s it for Chompers tonight. Until next time…
