[THEME SONG BEGINS]

>> RACHEL: Welcome back to Chompers! Your morning and night tooth brushing show.

Start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side, and make little circles with your brush around each tooth.

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 BRUSH!

[THEME SONG ENDS]

>> RACHEL: It’s Dinosaur Week, and tonight we have more true/false for you. I’ll tell you a fact about dinosaurs, and you have to guess if it’s true...

[DING]

>> RACHEL: or false...

[BUZZER]

>> RACHEL: Here’s your first one:

All dinosaurs were bigger and faster than the animals we have today.

Thumbs up if it’s true. Thumbs down if it’s false.

[MUSIC BEGINS]

>> RACHEL: The answer is… false!

[BUZZER]

>> RACHEL: Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and give your tongue a brush too.

Some of the biggest and fastest animals ever are still alive today!

>> KIDS: WOW

>> RACHEL: Some dinosaurs were huge, but scientists think the biggest animal to ever live is the blue whale, which is still around now. And the fastest land animal ever is the cheetah,

[CARTOON ZOOM]

>> RACHEL: much faster than scientists believe any dinosaurs ever were.

[MUSIC ENDS]

>> RACHEL: Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth,

[SWITCH BELL]

>> RACHEL: and brush the inside, outside, and chewing side of each tooth.

Here’s your next True/False:

We know everything there is to know about dinosaurs.

So is that true or false? Do we know everything there is to know about dinosaurs?

Thumbs up if it’s true. Thumbs down if it’s false.

[MUSIC BEGINS]

>> RACHEL: The answer is… false!

[BUZZER]

>> RACHEL: There is still so much left to learn about dinosaurs!

Switch your brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth...

[SWITCH BELL]

>> RACHEL: and brush your front teeth too.

We are learning new things about dinosaurs all the time, and there is still so much left to discover! As we get better at digging up fossils, and looking at the ones we’ve already found, we learn more and more about the dinosaur world.

[DINOSAUR SQUAWK]

>> RACHEL: It wasn’t until recently that people knew velociraptors were covered in feathers. And we still don’t know what color a lot of dinosaurs were! Can you imagine a dinosaur with rainbow colored feathers?

[PARROT SQUAWK]

[MUSIC ENDS]
