>> RACHEL: Welcome back, it's time for more Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show!

Lets get brushing! Start on the top of your mouth on one side, and brush all the way back to the molars.

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 brush!!

>> RACHEL: It’s Geography Week, and tonight we have more riddles about continents (SFX)

Here’s your first one:

Let’s get going on a safari!

To see the wide and open plains

We’ll hope to see an elephant.

Or some wild lion manes

What continent is this??

(pause)

>> GROUP: Africa!

>> RACHEL: Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, but don't brush too hard.

Alongside some wild animals - like lions (SFX), giraffes (SFX),  zebras (SFX)  and rhinos (SFX)  - Africa has some of the world’s biggest and busiest cities too! Like Lagos, in Nigeria, and Cairo, in Egypt. And in these busy African cities, people are speaking a LOT of different languages. One of the most popular is Swahili. Here’s how to say “hello” if you meet someone who speaks Swahili:

>> GROUP: Hujambo!

>> RACHEL: Switch to the bottom of your mouth, and keep brushing!

Here’s your last continent riddle:

Let’s float on down the Amazon,

In Brazil we can dance the samba

We’ll watch out for all the jaguars,

And eat arepas in Bogota

What continent is this?

(pause)

>> GROUP: SOUTH AMERICA!

>> RACHEL: All the things in our riddle are from the continent of south america.

Switch your brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, and brush the inside, outside and chewing side of each tooth.

There are 12 countries in South America and jaguars, a type of big wild cat, live in many of them. The Amazon river flows through three countries in South America - Peru, Brazil and Colombia.  In Brazil, the samba is a very popular type of dance music.  In Colombia, arepas are a very popular type of food - they’re kind of like a thick tortilla filled with cheese or meat or vegetables.

That's it for Chompers tonight, but come back tomorrow to learn about more geography! Until then,

>> KIDS: 3, 2, 1 spit!
