Tonight we're spying even more holiday celebrations! Do you know which one we spy?

Welcome back! It's time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show. Start brushing on the top of your mouth. Pick a side, and don't brush too hard.

3, 2, 1 brush!

It's Holidays week, and tonight we have more Ispies to get you guessing. We’ll describe something, and you have to guess what Holiday we’re talking about.

Here’s your first one:

I see a festival full of beautiful lights. There are square shaped lanterns hanging from every building, and lots of people are carrying lanterns down to a river. When they get to the river they carefully place the lanterns in the water, and watch them float away.

What Holiday is this?

Find out after you switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and brush the molars in the way back.

That Holiday is:

Obon is a holiday celebrated in the country of Japan. Every year, people in Japan travel back to their hometowns to honor and celebrate their ancestors. Ancestors are people in your family that lived a long time ago, like your great-grandmother. During Obon, people light lanterns to guide the spirits of their ancestors back to earth. At the end of the festival, they take those lanterns to the river, and let them float away, saying goodbye to the spirits until next year.

Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth, and brush the inside, outside and chewing side of each tooth.

Here’s one last I Spy:

I see a sky filled with kites! There are blue kites and red kits, big kites and small kites, kites of every size and color. Some people are flying their kites just for fun, but I also see a group of kids trying to see who can keep their kite in the air the longest.

What Holiday is this? Shout it out!

Switch your brushing to the other side bottom of your mouth, and brush all the way around each tooth.

The Basant Festival is celebrated in countries like India, Nepal and Pakistan to celebrate the end of winter, and welcome the spring.

There are fairs with music and delicious food, and one one of the biggest events is the kite flying competition. People from all over compete to see who has the best kite skills!

That's it for Chompers tonight, but come back tomorrow for more clean teeth. Until then, make sure you rinse with water before you 3, 2, 1 spit!
