How do dairy products stay FLEXIBLE?

Dairy Yogurt, like the kind made with cows milk, is full of nutrients like Calcium and Vitamin D. These nutrients are good for your body, and help you grow strong teeth and bones! (SFX Xylophone)
>> Rachel: Switch to the other side of the top of your mouth, and brush your molars in the way back too.
You can make your yogurt fancy by making a parfait. To make a parfait, ask a grown up for a clear cup and spoon. Then scoop some yogurt into the bottom of the cup. Next add a layer of granola and then add a layer of your favorite pieces of fruit. Do this again and again until you fill your cup. And you’ll end up with a stripey, yummy yogurty snack. There are lots of ways to whip up chips and dip. Potato Chips and ranch dip are perfect for picnics. Or you can eat tortillia chips with some tasty Guacamole.
