>> RACHEL: Welcome to Chompers your morning and night toothbrushing show.. Start brushing on the top of your mouth and make tiny circles with your brush.
>> KIDS: 3 2 1 BRUSH!
>>RACHEL: It’s Geography Week and tonight we have a song about FJORDS. Fjords are kinda like a lake, with BIIIIIG cliffs on each side. They were created by GLACIERS -- this GIANT ICE CUBES -- bigger than a skyscraper -- that melted a long long time ago. There are a lot of fjords in a country called Norway, and we think Fjords are so cool, we wrote this song about them.
But first switch you brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth and don’t forget your molars in the back!
If you’re looking for a place where water flows … Fjords! Fjords!
And you wanna be up high - look down your nose … Fjords! Fjords!
To see the majesty of an inlet deeper than adjacent sea … Fjords.
Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth and give your tongue a brush
>> RACHEL: Are you interested in taking a tour of Norway … Fjords! Fjords!
For the very rare word that starts “eff jay.” Fjords! Fjords!
Do you want to see the legacy of a glacier in retreat … Fjords.
Switch you brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth Everyone sing it with me
>>RACHEL: Fjords, Fjords, Fjords,
Fjords, Fjords, Fjords
Fjords, Fjords, Fjords,
If you want to see a seal and porpoise play … Fjords! Fjords!
If you want to be a Viking for a day … Fjords! Fjords!
For a waterfall so high and tall and ends in inlet’s sprawl …
We’re talking Empire State Building tall! Fjords!
Yeah, fjords. Check ‘em out.
>>RACHEL: That’s all for Chompers today! But don’t forget to-
>>KIDS: 3 2 1 SPIT!
