Start brushing on the top of your mouth. Pick a side, and brush the inside, outside, and chewing side of each tooth.

Everyone is different, but sometimes those differences are easier to see than others. People might notice right away if I walk with crutches, but everyone has SOMETHING that makes them different. Having a disability is just ONE part of what makes someone who they are. Everyone is lots of other things too! I might also be funny, or smart, or blonde, or thoughtful, or brave, or short, or silly, or…

Over 1 billion people have some kind of disability. That makes having a disability more common than having blue eyes! 


There’s a good chance you or someone you know might have a disability, or that you’ll meet someone who does. It is a very common thing! It’s also common for people to have more than one type of disability.
