>>RACHEL: Hey there! Let’s get toothbrushing because it’s time for Chompers, your morning and night toothbrushing show.

Start brushing on the top of your mouth, pick a side, and brush in little circles around each tooth.

>>KIDS: 3, 2, 1 brush!

[THEME SONG ENDS]

>>JASMINE: It’s Your Questions week. So we’re answering a couple of the burning questions you sent in to us.

>>PHOEBE: Hang on burning questions — that’s what we do!

>>JASMINE: Oh Phoebe!  Hey! That’s right, you DO answer people’s burning questions on that great  show called Every Little Thing! Well, would you like to answer a Chompions question?

>>PHOEBE: Yeah. Sounds great, I'd love to.

>>EVELYN: My name is Evelyn and I wanna know, Why do turtles walk slow?

>>JASMINE: Find out after you switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth…

[SWITCH BELL]

>>JASMINE: -and don’t brush too hard.

>>PHOEBE: OK. Evelyn why do turtles walk slow. I've got to say I'm not a turtle scientist but I can think of a few different reasons. So first they’ve got this big shell, almost like a suit of armor and it's all made out of bone. So. it’s super heavy.  Try to imagine being dressed up like a medieval knight and trying to run down the street. It's almost impossible. Another reason is their legs stick out almost sideways from the suit of armor. So it makes it really hard for them to move quickly.

>>JASMINE: Switch to the bottom of your mouth…

[SWITCH BELL]

>>JASMINE:  -and keep on brushing.

>>PHOEBE: And finally they don’t have to go fast! They don’t catch their prey on land and also they’re protected from predators by their shells so they don’t have to run super fast to get away.

All right what's next! Question two!

>>LEAH: How do hermit crabs eat if they don’t have a mouth and also do they have a mouth?

>>PHOEBE: Leah this is a great question and one that I've often wondered myself the answer is hermit crabs do have a mouth.

>>JASMINE: Switch your brushing to the other side of the bottom of your mouth…

[SWITCH BELL]

>>JASMINE:  -and give your tongue a brush too.

>>PHOEBE: SO. Imagine you're looking at a hermit crabs face find it's eyes it's like those little ice storks that stick up kind of off the top of the head and then if you go down from there you'll see a little tiny mouth.  and it's got these two tiny little arms that kind of come off the side and it uses those little arms to just push the food into its mouth.

>>JASMINE: And do they have teeth?

They don’t have teeth. They don't have to brush their teeth.

[THEME SONG BEGINS]

>>JASMINE: But YOU have teeth, and you did a good job brushing them. Until next time…

>>KIDS: 3, 2, 1 spit!
