Welcome back, it’s time for Chompers your morning and night toothbrushing show.

Start brushing on the top of your mouth on one side, and brush all the way to the molars in the back.

3, 2, 1 brush!

It’s Cities Week and tonight we’ve got more city knee slappers to get you giggling.

Here’s your first one:

Why do skyscrapers make such good writers?

>> Kids: Why?

They’re full of stories.

Skyscrapers are very tall building so they have A LOT of floors, or stories.

Switch your brushing to the other side of the top of your mouth, and brush the inside, outside and chewing side of each tooth.

Ok, here’s another joke:

What’s a baseball player’s least favorite skyscraper?

>> KIDS: What?

The Umpire State Building.

The Empire State building is in NYC. And it’s a famous skyscraper because it was the TALLEST building in the world for a loong time. Today the tallest skyscraper is in Dubai, a city in the United Arab Emirates.

Switch to the bottom of your mouth, and brush the molars in the back too.

But why would a BASEBALL player not like the Empire State building? Well, in a baseball game an Umpire is like a referee. The umpire is on the field with the players and makes sure the game is played fairly, and that EVERYONE is playing by the rules!

Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth, but don't brush too hard.

The umpire is … not always popular.  Sometimes the umpire might have to make a decision about something that was really close, and the decision is better for one team than the other.  That can make players mad!

Here’s one last joke before you go:

What do you call an underground train?

>> Kids: What?

I don’t know! I wish there was subway to find out.

That's it for Chompers today, we hope you’ve enjoyed our city jokes! Come back tomorrow for more Cities Week, and until next time 3, 2, 1 spit!
