>> Rachel: Hey Brushers! It’s time for Chompers, your morning and night tooth brushing show!

It’s animal week and we hope this morning we had you HOWLING (SFX HOWL) with laughter at our animal knock knock jokes.

Did you try out those jokes today? We’ve got a whole new batch for you tonight!

But first, pick a side of the TOP of your mouth, and make sure to brush the outside of your teeth and the inside!

>> Kids: 3, 2, 1 brush!

(SFX three, two, one, BRUSH!)

(SFX WHALE)

Okay, first joke.

>>Rachel: Knock Knock

>> KIDS: Who's there?

>> Rachel: Toucan!

>> KIDS: Toucan who?

>> Rachel: Toucan come in, but we don’t have room for three!

Toucans are beautiful birds that live in RAINFORESTS. Their most interesting feature is their big, colorful beak, which is a bird's nose (SFX SNIFF SNIFF) A toucan’s beak can grow to over 7 inches long!

Switch your brushing to the other side of your top teeth.  Make sure to brush your whole tooth.

Toucans can fly, but don’t expect to see them soaring above the trees. Their preferred way to get around is to hop! (SFX BOINK) Can you hop like a toucan? (SFX BOINK, BOINK) Careful! Don’t bonk your beak!

Here's another joke.

Knock Knock

>> KIDS: Who's there!

>> Rachel: Wolf!

>> KIDS: Wolf who?

>> Rachel: I’m the big bad wolf, howl do you do?

Switch your brushing to the bottom of your mouth, pick a side, and but don’t brush too hard.

(SFX WOLF HOWL)

Hear that sound? That’s the sound of a wolf’s HOWL! Wolves howl to talk with other packs, or to warn about danger. A wolf pack is a group of wolves, and it’s led by one male wolf and one female wolf. They’re called Alphas. Alpha wolves tell the other wolves where to go, and solve arguments.

(SFX Switch) Switch to the other side of the bottom of your mouth and make sure to get alllllll the way back to those molar teeth!

Knock knock

>> KIDS: Who's there

>> Rachel: Whale

>> KIDS: Whale who?

>> Rachel: Whale aren’t you glad to see me?!

Even though whales LIVE under water, they can’t BREATHE under water. They swim up to the surface of the sea, and breathe through a hole on top of their heads called a blowhole.

Alright, that’s enough from Chompers for today! It’s time for bed, and for you to

>> Kids: 3,2,1 spit!
